Seira Kurusu (来栖 セイラ Kurusu Seira) is a character in the anime SELECTION PROJECT. She's the representative candidate from the North Kanto region.
Biography[]
Seira was born to an American mother and a Japanese father. Her mother was a model. She is a cheerful and innocent girl who enjoys doing all kinds of things. She has a strong will that isn't easily shaken by others.

Suzune and Seira have known each other before the start of the series, as they are seen greeting happily before the start of the contest.
Etymology[]
- Seira's surname Kurusu means "coming/come, due, next, cause, become, since" (来) (kuru) and "nest, rookery, hive, cobweb, den" (栖) (su).
